In the November 12, 2025, issue of “themakirche,” the weekly information magazine of the Archdiocese of Vienna, Father Hanna Ghoneim reports on the possibility of helping poverty-stricken people in Syria through special projects, despite the tense situation. There have been some improvements, but the situation remains difficult. People are afraid of an uncertain future, but we can offer help through social shops and other social-Christian projects.
